I found this blog entry this evening from a young college student and it really lifted my spirits. I get a lot of email from people all over the world who write to tell me how much they appreciate KZION. But once in awhile I receive something that reminds me of just how strong an influence LDS music can have.
Today I got up around 10:30, then laid in bed listening to KZion Internet Radio for a long time. KZion Internet Radio is one of my favorite things to listen to…all spiritually uplifting, appropriate music. Not all Church music, mind you, but all uplifting music. Excellent listening, calming. I listened to KZion through most of the time I was waiting to join the Church, and it gave me strength to carry on despite adversity, never surrendering to the temptation to simply agree with my family, never succumbing to the pressure of my peers.
Thank you Keith! I wish I could pass this along to every LDS artist on KZION. I’m not sure they realize what an impact they are making with their music.
